We are offering groups for various forms of support. These are groups where all people are welcome to attend, and you do not have to be a client or pursuing therapy in order to attend them.

  • Meditation

    Welcome to Vipassana Meditation. This is a group for beginners that want to learn about meditation, and the concepts and practices. People that are already practitioners of mindfulness meditation are welcome to come and to join us in group practice.

  • Breathwork

    Similar to how yoga invites meditation through postures and movement, breathwork invites people to gain awareness of their emotional, cognitive, physical, and spiritual states through the practice of breath. Beginners and experienced people are welcome alike.

  • Men's Support Group

    This group is a cohort-based men’s group, designed for men to support eachother as they face struggles in their personal and social lives. Once the cohort ends its 3 month initial meeting time, then it continues to meet in a larger group schedule.
